Friends Helping Frank is a qualified vendor for the Division of Developmental Disabilities who is a managed Care Organization funded by AHCCCS/ALTCS

Program Purpose
To provide opportunities for individuals with Developmental Disabilities to enjoy the rights granted to them in the Constitution of the United States of America. To allow these individuals to reside in community settings with the supports necessary to maintain their home and health. To give these citizens a chance to gain increased independence throughout their life experiences.

Mission Statement
Friends Helping Frank will provide supports and services to individuals with developmental disabilities that promote acceptance and positive self identity. We will offer a network of professional and peer supports that promote health and safety needs; exercise of personal power and choice; increased competence and self-reliance; esteem building; positive relationships; and integration into our community. It is through this variety of opportunities and relationships that we will change lives.
